The Smoke Folk is an award-winning smoked food business based in Frome, Somerset. We employ traditional and contemporary cold-smoking techniques, and use responsibly sourced ingredients and smoke-woods, to make delicious and intriguing flavour combinations.
The Smoke Folk is a social enterprise dedicated to making social change by giving volunteer, training and employment opportunities to people facing barriers to employment. Our founder, Oliver, is a fellow of The School of Social Entrepreneurs.
We especially care about the quality and provenance of our ingredients and our resources, and pay particular attention to our community and the environment.
